RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, marketing, and prospecting to expand our client base.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations for sale transactions, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the firm.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Broker: A New York State Salesperson or Broker license is preferred but not necessary. May be acquired post-hire.
Experience: 0-5 years. Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with aspirations to become a leader and expert in a designated submarket
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the commercial real estate.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven environment.

Brandon, a fervent and competitive tennis aficionado, has nurtured his passion for the sport since his formative years, honing his skills and embracing the thrill of the game on the court. Alongside his dedication to tennis, Brandon exhibits a profound commitment to fitness and wellness, intertwining his love for physical activity with a resolute pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. His enthusiasm for maintaining peak physical condition extends beyond the tennis court, as he actively engages in various fitness endeavors, whether it be weight training, running, or partaking in group sports, all while relishing the invigorating sense of accomplishment that comes with each endeavor.
Brandon graduated from SUNY Albany where his academic journey was marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence and a thirst for knowledge. Pursuing his passion for finance and economics, he delved into a rigorous curriculum that challenged him intellectually and fostered his growth as a scholar.
As the Director of Marketing and Assistant to the Principal, Khaterine is responsible for building a strong online presence for the company and developing positive and trusting relationships with clients and customers. Her marketing duties include adding/updating listings on the company website as well as all other Real Estate listing platforms and creating listing flyers/email campaigns. Khatherine also assists the Principal Broker in a wide range of duties that ensure the smooth functioning of the business such as calendar/meeting management, travel arrangements, email and correspondence, and general administrative support.
With a solid foundation in business administration for more than 12 years, Khaterine brings general business experience to her role at Bilt Commercial. Before having the opportunity to join the team and start in the Commercial Real Estate industry, she worked as an assistant to a Property Manager helping the company grow their business using her experience in technology and new tools in the market. Her professional journey has equipped her with expertise in QuickBooks, supervision, process improvement, financial planning, and customer service.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Khaterine is enthusiastic about volunteering, traveling, budgeting, technology, cooking, and personal development. Whether it is learning a new language, exercising, reading, photography, volunteering with kids, or food distribution, she finds fulfillment in helping others and working on her personal growth. She is always avid to learn about new areas of businesses or activities with the guidance of someone or by herself. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations and activities, going to the gym, and spending time in Miami.
